Scott Stull
President & Chief Executive Officer

Scott W. Stull is a principal owner of XZact Technologies, Inc. and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the corporation since it was founded in January 2006. In this position, Scott is responsible for handling Corporate Financial Relationships, Employee Benefits, Operational Profitability and Financial Reporting.
Prior to joining XZact Technologies, Inc., Scott was the Controller at NCT, Inc. for eight plus years, where he Managed both the Accounting and Human Resource Departments and was instrumental with handling Banking Relationships, Job Costing, Financial Reporting and Cash Flow Reporting.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
Scott lives in Huntersville, NC and is married with one child.

Brian F. McKinney
Vice-President & Director of Sales

Brian F. McKinney is the Vice President - Director of Sales and is a principal owner of XZact Technologies, Inc. In this position, Mr. McKinney is directly responsible for leading the company’s expanding sales initiatives and forging new relationships to expand XZact Technologies footprint in the industry. Mr. McKinney also manages the strategic business-partner relationships throughout XZact’s corporate footprint.
Mr. McKinney brings over a decade of business development and consulting experience in the structured cabling, VOIP, precision cooling and power (UPS) markets. Known for his high level of technical expertise, Mr. McKinney is responsible for designing and developing XZact’s customer’s technology foundations.
Prior to joining XZact, Brian spent over five years as the Senior Design and Sales Consultant at Network Communications Technologies, (NCT)in charlotte, NC. Brian was instrumental in NCT’s growth and expansion throughout the Southeast and was recognized in each of his five years at NCT as the highest achieving sales person.
Before NCT, Brian was the Chief Operating Officer for Tegra Telephone Systems, LLC. He developed the company’s structured cabling and integration services division to compliment the telephony division and as a result, Tegra Network Services was founded. Mr. McKinney managed the new division's growth from one to over thirty employees in its first year.
Brian is a member of the Building Industry Consulting Service International, Inc. (BICSI) and is working towards his Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification. Brian holds many cabling infrastructure, precision cooling and power certifications for industry leaders such as Panduit, Corning, APC and Liebert.
He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Charlotte where he obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Finance.
Brian is a native of Charlotte, NC and has resided in Charlotte area his entire life. Brian is happily married to his wife, Amy and has one son, Harrison. Brian’s family also includes two dogs, Rambo and Daisy, and four cats, Slash, Lita, Ruby and Shea.

Javier A. Martin
Chief Technology Officer

Javier A. Martin is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - and is a principal owner of XZact Technologies, Inc.
Javier Martin joined Xzact Technologies, Inc in August 2006. As CTO he directs the strategy and use of technology for Xzact's internal and external business operations. Martin is responsible for improving Xzact's business scalability and productivity through strategic technology investments, as well as selecting the best technology partners to provide customers leading-edge solutions.
Martin brings more than 25 years of IT experience to Xzact, serving in senior management and technology leadership roles. Before joining Xzact, he served as President and CEO of Periquet & Associates, the first company to take the ShoreTel VoIP solution to overseas markets, with responsibility for developing the 1st ShoreTel reseller in Spain. As Chief Operating Officer at Westar Technologies, he led the development and operations for all business units. Martin also held senior management positions at Ely Lilly & Co. and held a variety of management and technology positions at BP Chemicals.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Economics.
